A bit about the house
The house is located on the edge of the village green in the heart of the picturesque village of Corsaint and yet it feels completely private since it is not attached or overlooked. The property is comfortable and tastefully renovated whilst retaining many typical Burgundian features. Thanks to the combination of geothermal heating and the wood stove, the property is cozy and available year round.
Downstairs
Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating around the fireplace for up to four people. A flagstone floor, oak beams and lightly coloured limewash walls complete the décor with French doors leading into the garden. In the cellar there is an extra fridge freezer, washing machine and an abundant supply of logs for the fire.

Outside
The enclosed private garden is accessed from the kitchen through the French doors. In front of the house there is a dedicated off street parking spot.
